Setting up of Electroplating plant got conceptualized from the limitations we faced to provide export quality
electroplated Chains and tackles due to the lack of a good quality electroplating / plant process house in the
Country. We took the decision and onus in 2024 to overcome the limitation by setting up our own electroplating
plant and serving the global quality requirements for various industry

White Silver Passivation
A chemical treatment for zinc or zinc-nickel plated parts that provides a bright, uniform silvery-white finish with improved corrosion and tarnish resistance.
Yellow Passivation
Produces an iridescent yellow chromate coating on zinc or cadmium, offering excellent corrosion resistance, up to 140 hours of salt-spray performance, and enhanced bonding for organic finishes.
Blue Passivation
Brightens and protects zinc surfaces from discolouration, finger staining, and corrosion. Provides up to 24–48 hours of salt-spray resistance against white corrosion and 100–200 hours against red rust, depending on zinc thickness.
Olive-Drab (Green) Passivation
Produces a durable olive-drab chromate coating on zinc or cadmium-plated surfaces, offering excellent salt-spray and abrasion resistance, a strong base for painting, and an attractive final finish.
Black Passivation
Produces a glossy or matte black chromate coating on zinc-plated or galvanized parts, providing an excellent base for paint, lacquer, or enamel. Not recommended for outdoor use.
Blue Passivation
